Facilitator applied theatre and narrative practitioner and business consultant with a background in Strategy and People & Culture. She started her career in the PR department of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), Holland; was Head of Strategy, then Head of People and Culture at Leo Burnett Central and Eastern Europe. Masha has led consultancies assisting companies and communities on people and strategy matters.

Her dissertation focused on drag as a methodology for staging personal stories. In the course of her studies, she had placements with Chickenshed, and Phosphoros Theatre, and performed as a drag king at the RVT. She collaborates with the Russian LGBT Group Coming Out and works with migrant and queer communities in London as a facilitator and theatremaker.

TANA’s Creative Associate covers a broad spectrum of roles from creative producing & PR to stage management; she facilitated devising cabaret and acted in the original production. She is a member of the global Re-Authoring Teaching collaboratory faculty and MA at CSSD (London). Having started her professional development at Doctors without Borders Holland, she’s been involved with multiple communities throughout her career. Her current interests include working within post-war contexts, queer communities, and intersections of identity and society. She works with personal stories through narrative, movement, and expressive arts.

Artist educator, theatre maker, socially engaged art practitioner. They work closely with/for/in queer communities in London using arts and theatre languages to address intersectional issues around diaspora queer identity. The decolonising performance making project ‘Drag Up!’ that they initiated in 2023 engaged the participants from east-asian queer community to deconstruct drag art as a gesture of making their own political and personal statement. They are also actively involved in London’s queer led performances and creative workshop facilitation and independent theatre productions.

As an actress, director, playwright, and applied theatre practitioner, she has worked with different communities using theater and clowning harnessing storytelling to bridge divides, celebrating diversity, and fostering connections that transcend borders. Through her work with different organizations such as The Flying Seagull Project or VOCES she creates inclusive spaces for women and youth in vulnerable communities and refugee status, where diverse voices are celebrated, inviting individuals to explore their identities beyond labels. She has also worked with the Colombian theatre company Coco Rayado to create feminist theatrical spaces around communities in Bogotá that have been characterized by big rates of gender violence. 

Her productions and projects serve as catalysts for dialogue encouraging reflection on biases and preconceptions. By addressing migration, racism, gender, and identity, Isabella provokes thought, ignites conversations, and promotes systemic change.

Actress, playwright, director, and theatre facilitator from Colombia. She has a degree in theatre arts from the Instituto Departamental de BELLAS ARTES de Cali with studies in creative writing, dramaturgy, and directing. She has worked in the field of teaching and social work applying art (theatre) as a tool for changing narratives. Identity, exclusion, and migration are themes addressed in her artistic and academic work. As a playwright, she has ventured into projects such as Virginia le tiene miedo al wolf and Subasta de Mujeres, of which she was also director, a role she has played in productions such as Mon Amour Hiroshima and Para Mujeres de Color.
